Thank you for ordering our products! We use both USPS and FedEx as our shipping methods. Your package will arrive in 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, depending on where you live. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS priority, expected delivery time: 5 – 10 working days
For international orders: USPS First Class International may take 7 -14 business days.
We send tracking information within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Value Health Products is a dietary supplement and therefore, to ensure quality control of inventory, the product cannot be returned or restocked if it has been opened or the seal is not intact.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you ordered, you may contact us within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide feedback stating the reason for your request. The product should be returned in its original packaging condition with the seal intact.
Once we receive your request, we will notify you and initiate a refund minus shipping costs to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.
